The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken action against a former Indian Police Service (IPS) officer from Assam by attaching six properties linked to him.

These properties, which include four hotels and two flats, have been valued at ₹53.28 crore, according to the ED's statement.

This development is part of an ongoing investigation into allegations of disproportionate assets held by the ex-officer.
